Inside Sales and Marketing Position

Full-time In-house Sales and Marketing Executive needed for early stage, Santa Monica-based consumer products company, pioneering products and services into the fast-growth, $38 billion pet industry.

Compensation: Salary plus aggressive performance-based incentive program.

Requirements include inside and outside sales experience, some consumer marketing knowledge, ability to learn quickly, polished phone skills, a car, a proven drive for profitable performance, ability to work in a team environment and a willingness to grow into management. An affinity for animals and pets would be preferred. Must have working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook and Word, Internet, e-mail, typing skills, reliability, attention to detail, ability to make decisions, strong work-ethic and a passion to work in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment.
